Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in construction machinery, heavy equipment, or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of European supplier markets and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, compliance standards, and contract management.
• Proficiency in SAP HANA and advanced Excel skills.
• Fluent in English and German, able to use both as working language.
• Overseas work experience and cross-cultural communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement resources for construction machinery components.
• Establish and optimize local sourcing channels in Europe.
• Ensure compliance with SANY Group's procurement processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations with European suppliers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
