Zip is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our Engineering, Product, & Design recruiting team in Germany. You will contribute to building a scalable hiring pipeline by identifying talent, engaging talent communities, and helping screen candidates for critical engineering and product roles.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with proactive outreach, data-driven sourcing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate hiring for Zip’s growing enterprise platform.
