Technical Solutions Engineer

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will help users deploy, operate, and troubleshoot our platform while shaping the product’s evolution. You will:

• Become a product expert across dashboard, CLI, GUI, access controls, and routing.
• Diagnose issues, guide users through solutions, and deliver a standout support experience.
• Improve documentation to make complex features easy to understand.
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure user feedback drives product decisions.
• Support our open-source community by engaging with contributors and addressing issues.
• Help refine internal processes and advocate for impactful product enhancements.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3+ years in technical support or solutions engineering, ideally in SaaS or networking.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals—protocols, routing, troubleshooting.
• Clear, professional written communication and comfort with async work.
• A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives on helping users succeed.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with VPNs or zero-trust networking.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies.
• Ability to read or write Go.
• Exposure to cloud environments.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
