ESMC Dresden is seeking a Facility Management Engineer to establish and manage Facility Management services for the office environment. You will select, implement, and oversee external service providers while ensuring high-quality workplace services and employee experience.

You will support development and management of workplace and facility services across ESMC's growing operations in Dresden, working with a team to optimize operations and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• Formal degree required in Facility Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management or similar.
• Experience managing external service providers and contracts.
• Experience with office buildings and workplace services.

You will be part of ESMC's Facility Management team, supporting the development and management of workplace and facility services across ESMC's growing operations in Dresden.

• Degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management or a similar environment
• Experience managing external service providers and service contracts
• Experience in office building operations and workplace services
• Technical understanding of building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, water, or building automation systems
• Fluent German and English skills
