Qualifikationen

• Umfassende Erfahrung in der technischen Leitung von Projekten.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Simulation, idealerweise in der Flugsimulation.
• Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Reisen.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Konzepten für Systeme und Subsysteme.
• Präsentation technischer Angebote und Verhandlung mit Kunden vor Ort.
• Überwachung des Fortschritts und des Cashflows.
• Durchführung von internen und externen Abnahme-Tests.

Thanks to your experience in managing extensive technical projects and your passion for innovation and technology, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.Your tasks:* Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems, through to the implementation of system integration and error detection* Presentation of technical offers and negotiation of technical content with customers on site* Implementation of technical risk management/claim management* Responsible representation of the project internally and externally* Monitoring of progress and cash flow* Planning and carrying out internal and external acceptance tests* Helping to manage suppliers and subcontractors* Carrying out reporting and presenting development results in project status meetingsWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE* Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field* Extensive experience in the (technical) management of projects* Several years of professional experience in the field of simulation, ideally in (military) flight simulation* High level of IT and software affinity* Business fluent English, both written and spoken* High level of intercultural competence* Willingness to travel worldwideYour strengths and experience count at Rheinmetall, even if you may not meet all of the listed requirements.
