Job summary

suena energy is seeking a Technical Program Manager (f/m/x) to act as the central coordination layer across our engineering teams, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of technical requests and dependencies. You will translate Product, Commercial, and Trading requirements into actionable plans, own timelines, flag risks, and push back when schedules are unrealistic, while fostering clear ownership and fast execution.

Fluent English is required; German is a bonus.

• Act as the central coordination layer across Tech teams, aligning requests, dependencies, and deliveries.
• Translate Product, Commercial, and Trading requirements into actionable technical delivery plans with Tech Leads.
• Own project timelines, proactively flag risks, and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
• Serve as a strong counterpart to Product, asking the right questions and prioritizing work effectively.
• Spot technical blockers and cross-team dependencies early, coordinating engineers to resolve issues fast.
• Reduce organizational overhead for technical leadership by optimizing cross-team workflows.

Your mission

• You act as the central coordination layer across Tech teams, establishing clear alignment and making sure technical requests, dependencies, and deliveries run smoothly without getting lost in the shuffle.


• You translate Product, Commercial, and Trading requirements into actionable technical delivery plans , breaking down complex scope alongside Tech Leads.


• You own project timelines , proactively flag risks, and communicate transparently with stakeholders to maintain steady execution momentum across engineering.


• You serve as a strong counterpart to Product , asking the right questions, helping prioritize work effectively, and pushing back constructively when requests or timelines are unrealistic.


• You spot technical blockers and cross-team dependencies early , bringing the right engineers and teams together at the right time to resolve issues fast.


• You reduce organizational overhead for technical leadership, stepping in to optimize cross-team workflows, track delivery progress, and foster clear ownership.

Your profile

• 4+ years in technical program management, project management, or driving delivery within complex software engineering environments.


• Preferably a technical background or strong technical understanding that enables you to dive into technical discussions, evaluate feasibility, and be a driver instead of just an \"information courier.\"


• Strong soft skills, outstanding organizational ability, and clear judgment - you take full ownership, know when and how to say \"no,\" and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.


• An agile, proactive, and fast-learning mindset with a strong drive to get things done in a fast-evolving technical landscape.


• Fluent communication skills in English ; German language skills are a nice bonus, but not required.


• Domain knowledge in energy markets, algorithmic trading, or renewables is a big plus
