Zusammenfassung

IP Innovative Power GmbH in Berlin is seeking a motivated junior project coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of energy projects from development through commissioning.

You will work with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and in line with company standards, with opportunities to develop PM skills in renewable energy.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Support project managers in the coordination and execution of energy projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones.
• Coordinate communication with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action lists.
• Assist in obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Support the review and organization of technical and commercial project documents.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist with site visits, project handovers, and commissioning activities.
• Track project progress and elevate risks or delays to senior project managers.
• Support reporting on project status, timelines, and key performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc project-related tasks as required.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; graduates and career starters are welcome.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, energy systems, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured and proactive working style.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop into an independent Project Manager.
