Zusammenfassung

Schiffahrtskontor tom Wörden GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist to organize services for vessels and manage spare parts procurement. You will coordinate inquiries, process orders, and ensure smooth transports including customs clearance.

The role requires strong English skills, experience in procurement, and proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, to monitor goods and invoices and support inventory management in a shipping-focused environment.

Technical Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

Your mission:

• Organization of various services on board the vessels
• Handling of inquiries and orders for spare parts procurement
• Coordination and processing of logistical transports, including customs clearance
• Monitoring of incoming and outgoing goods, posting of transactions, and invoice verification
• Inventory management of spare parts and other stock
• Communication with vessels, external service providers, and agencies in German and English

Your profile:
