Marlow Group in Hamburg is seeking a Technical Superintendent (m/f/d) to join our technical operations team. You will oversee fleet operability, conduct international ship visits, and ensure ships meet technical standards within budget.

The role requires engineering studies, a CI/CM certificate with seagoing experience as Chief Engineer, and fluent business English. We offer flexible hours, a modern Hamburg office near the Fish Market, and international projects.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies in engineering or a similar qualification.
• CI/CM Chief Engineer certificate with seagoing experience.
• Professional experience in the listed areas.
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Take care of the fleet and ensure operability.
• Carry out regular international ship visits.
• Maintain technical standards within a given budget.
• Monitor and control budgets.
• Plan and organize maintenance and repair activities.

To strengthen our technical operations team, we are seeking a Technical Superintendent (m/f/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity.

Your Tasks:

• Taking care of our fleet and ensuring its operability
• Carrying out regular, international ship visits
• Responsibility for maintaining the technical standard of the ships within a given budget
• Permanent control and monitoring of the budgets
• Planning and organizing maintenance and repair activities
• Close exchange with the senior officers of the ships as the first point of contact

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in the field of engineering or a similar qualification.
• Patent as CI/CM with work experience on board as Chief Engineer
• Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
• Business fluent in written and spoken English.
