As our new Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 CE, your mission will be to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform
• Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions
