Qualifikationen

• Experience integrating systems via APIs or web services.

• Lead the technical development and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, focusing on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Design and implement custom extensions, automations, and applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and the Power Platform to meet business needs.
• Analyze requirements from sales, marketing, and other departments, translating them into technical concepts and solutions.

About The Role

As a CRM Software Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 within OBO Bettermann, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing technical development and support of our Customer Engagement platform. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our sales and customer insights journeys, ensuring the CRM system effectively supports our business processes. You will work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and IT, as well as external implementation partners, to shape and optimize our international CRM landscape. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or have completed an equivalent IT qualification. Proven experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Microsoft Power Platform is essential. Strong programming skills in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript are required, alongside familiarity with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and similar technologies. Experience integrating systems via APIs, web services, or interfaces is also important. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, work independently with a structured approach, and communicate fluently in both German and English.
