• Strong communication skills (English at C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented work style.

Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform.
• Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts – including the integration of innovations such as AI – to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth.
• Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
