- Explain and Train machine and operations to customer
- Troubleshoot and fix issues on pouch making machines remotely or on site
- Help and support customers before/after sales over phones, e-mail and/or
in person from office and/or on site
- Technical feedback and marketing
- Machine/Parts sales and take care of customers/prospects
- Communications and Liaison among headquarters and other subsidiaries abroad
- Study and learn technologies of machine/parts and machine operations
- Office management
- Answer phones and take care of visitors
- Receive and place orders
