LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to design and build scalable training for our Post-Sales and Customer Experience teams and customers. You will develop engaging materials, organize courses, and collaborate with product, engineering, and offshore teams to ensure high‑quality content.
You will deliver live sessions, create and maintain internal knowledge bases, and apply adult learning principles to drive adoption of LiveRamp products.

LiveRamp’s Post‑Sales and Customer Experience team is looking for a Technical Enablement Specialist to help design and build an effective way of learning for both CX Team LiveRampers and customers. The team is responsible for deeply learning new products and features through early implementations with the goal of giving LiveRampers the training needed to do their job successfully, and subsequently ensuring customers understand the LiveRamp products they purchase. You will be a part of a tight‑knit team working to make learning easy and scalable to the masses.
Learn voraciously to develop a deep understanding of the LiveRamp products
Create clear, engaging, and accessible training materials by gathering content from meetings, product documentation, previous training, and other relevant resources.
Organize training content into courses, modules, and sections in a logical flow that is easy for learners to understand and follow, incorporating narratives, examples, stories, analogies, and visual and video representations to enhance engagement and retention.
Own one or more areas of our products, working closely with the product core team to get what you need to create effective technical training.
Command the room to deliver interactive sessions virtually and in person to large numbers of students while practicing effective classroom management.
Collaborate with offshore teams to oversee the creation of slides and e-learning materials, providing feedback to ensure consistency and quality.
Work with CX teams to identify training needs for internal and external users.
Work closely with the Product Team to ramp up on a product through the Alpha phase.
Lead technical implementation for products in the Limited Availability phase.
Aid CX teams as a first point of contact for technical issues and customer escalations.
Serve as a feedback loop to product based on customer escalations.
Document learnings and fill in gaps on the internal KB.
Apply adult learning instructional design concepts, such as active learning and spaced repetition, to create useful, engaging, and easily understood training.
Ensure material is consistent, brand-appropriate, and easily digestible throughout all training materials.
Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from trainees and update content based on learnings.
Create and maintain internal processes and checklists to help ramp up new team members.
Create, maintain, and deliver training for CX teams, partners, and customers. Courses that are created by the team are used to ramp up new hires, create career paths for internal team members, certify skills, and share product knowledge with external customers.
The approximate annual base compensation range is $132,000 to $170,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
