Overview

As a Technical Consultant at ADvendio, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful implementation and optimization of ADvendio solutions for clients. This role is responsible for preparing, executing and maintaining the technical configuration and setup of ADvendio solutions. You will be configuring systems according to provided requirements, implementing automations, data management and data migrations, while performing quality checks, and documenting each configuration step to ensure accuracy, consistency and success across client implementations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ADvendio on Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, automations, and low/no-code solutions (validation rules, workflows).
• Develop and maintain advanced customizations and integrations, such Salesforce Flows (Apex code, Java extensions, and media connectors via APIs).
• Design, configure, and implement ADvendio solutions leveraging Salesforce AgentForce capabilities, including Agentforce Builder, Agent Script, and custom agent actions, to automate business processes and enhance client solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to consolidate, harmonize, and activate customer data, ensuring data quality and readiness for advanced analytics and AI-driven initiatives.
• Plan and execute data migrations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance across environments.
• Participate in Agile project teams and ceremonies, collaborating with consultants, developers, and clients to refine requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure high-quality and sustainable implementations.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex client issues, working closely with support and development teams to resolve them efficiently.
• Provide training and enablement on ADvendio configurations, while staying current on Salesforce platform updates to proactively recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring and managing Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other relevant modules).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Salesforce Automation technologies like Flows, Apex, etc.
• Familiarity with data management, including importing, exporting, and deduplication strategies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
