Hetzner Online is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to drive digital transformation across departments. You will analyze and optimize existing processes, identify AI opportunities, and create implementation plans in collaboration with software and IT teams.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, translating needs into technical requirements, and leading AI-enabled process improvements while promoting best practices. Fluent German and strong English are essential.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and evaluate existing business processes while identifying opportunities for optimization and automation
• Partner with business departments to drive digital transformation initiatives and promote the effective use of AI to increase operational efficiency
• Identify, assess, and support AI use cases that enhance and optimize existing business processes
• Plan and facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements
• Design, model, and improve business processes, creating functional concepts and implementation plans
• Assess the impact of new business requirements on existing processes and system landscapes
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in close collaboration with software development and IT teams
• Lead and coordinate process improvement, digitalization, and AI initiatives through to their successful implementation
• Support testing, user acceptance, and the creation of sustainable process documentation while promoting best practices across the organization

What impresses us:

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in business process management, business analysis, or process improvement
• Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes
• A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical application for process optimization; hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar solutions is an advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in facilitating workshops and working with cross-functional teams
• Solid technical skills and experience in collaborating with software development and IT teams
