Zusammenfassung

Verda is seeking a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical partner for customers deploying, scaling, and operating large GPU and HPC workloads on our cloud platform. The role combines technical leadership with customer relationship management in a hybrid, full-time setting.

Based in Helsinki or London, you will own customer relationships, understand environments, and coordinate deployments to ensure successful GPU/HPC workloads on our platform.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HPC and GPU experience.
• Understanding of HPC/AI stacks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise relationship management.

Overview

Join a company building next-generation cloud infrastructure for AI workloads. Verda is scaling rapidly across GPU cloud computing, data centers, platform tooling, and AI services. We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to be the trusted technical partner for our customers, helping them deploy, scale, and operate large GPU and HPC workloads on our platform.

We operate with low hierarchy, high ownership, and a strong bias for action. This role is based in Helsinki/London, in a hybrid, full-time, permanent capacity.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of customers.


• Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s environment and advise on infrastructure needs.


• Coordinate internal deployments and ensure successful delivery of GPU/HPC workloads on our platform.

Key Competencies

• Hands-on HPC and GPU experience.


• Understanding of HPC/AI stacks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise relationship management.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience supporting AI/ML workloads, MLOps, and hybrid HPC architectures.


• Experience in fast-growing tech companies.
