Zusammenfassung

Verda is seeking a Technical Program Manager to identify and remove bottlenecks at scale and to lead cross-functional programs and process improvements. The role requires a hands-on approach, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate across teams to implement scalable operating practices.

You will build dashboards, monitor progress with metrics, and drive critical projects in a fast-moving environment.

Overview

Join Verda, a company building next-generation cloud infrastructure for AI workloads. We are scaling rapidly across multiple dimensions, including GPU cloud computing, large-scale data centers, platform tooling, and AI services. We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to identify and remove bottlenecks that emerge at scale and to lead cross-functional programs and process improvements. We operate with low hierarchy, high ownership, and a strong bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove technical, operational, and organizational bottlenecks.
• Lead large cross-functional programs and design/improve processes.
• Take a hands-on approach when necessary and use data and metrics to understand inefficiencies.
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress.
