Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Dorsten, Germany is seeking a Teamlead (m/f/d) to lead a dynamic team on site, monitor processes, drive KPI improvements, and coordinate shift planning with seniors.

What does your day look like in the role of our Teamlead (m/f/d):

• Control and monitor all processes in your area and initiate measures to achieve KPIs
• Supporting the coordination of employee planning in close cooperation with superiors
• You take on technical, disciplinary and organizational responsibility for employees
• Coordination and implementation of training courses
• Reporting on team performance to superiors in daily and weekly company meetings
