DKV Mobility seeks a Team Manager Frontend Engineering to lead frontend architecture and set standards across the team. You will drive the evolution of our design system and ensure performance, accessibility, and scalable frontend solutions in collaboration with product, UX, and backend teams.

You will mentor engineers, promote modern practices, and help recruit top talent in a dynamic, agile environment supporting both full-time and part-time work arrangements.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus.
• Led technical teams and supported engineers' growth.
• Solid understanding of modern software architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with microservices, API design, and event-driven architectures.

• You define and drive the frontend architecture within your area of responsibility.
