Your missions

The Team Leader manages a polyvalent production team of 5 to 14 operators executing work orders efficiently and in accordance with quality, security, and FOD standards. They motivate the team and ensure they have the necessary resources to meet targets.

Activities

• Prepare, organize, and manage human resources effectively
• Plan activities and distribute workload efficiently
• Communicate and set team objectives
• Respect, apply, and enforce internal and customer procedures
• Fill in KPIs and daily work reports for the supervisor and customer
• Conduct daily SQCDP meetings and weekly team meetings
• Ensure application of FOD and security rules
• Propose corrective actions
• Follow up on tools, materials, and vehicles
• Maintain discipline within the team
• Report deviations regarding standards and discipline to management
• Ensure proper shift handovers in shift models
• Manage team requests and operational surveillance
• Ensure proper documentation of work orders and cleanliness of tools (SAP, Redmine)

Your profile

• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety, quality)
• Minimum 4 years experience with Airbus activities
• Experience managing blue-collar workers in manufacturing
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Airbus internal tools
• Knowledge of follow-up tools (TLB, QLB, etc.)
• Customer-oriented approach
• Ability to detect and report non-conformities
• Report writing skills (clear and concise)
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English (C1 level)
