You will oversee a high-visibility website that generates significant new customer ARR each year, ensuring it operates as a scalable, high-performing, and conversion-optimized e-commerce platform.

This role combines strategic leadership, hands‑on execution, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will lead a multidisciplinary website team of 4 and work closely with marketing, product, design, engineering, and performance teams to build a modern, digital‑first user experience that drives trials, conversions, and revenue.

1. Ownership and Strategy
  • Own the global website experience across all pages, personas, funnels, and products, ensuring high performance, exceptional usability, and measurable commercial impact.
  • Serve as the day‑to‑day business owner of chaos.com, responsible for quality, delivery, and continuous iteration.
  • Define and drive the website roadmap together with the Ecommerce leadership team focused on scalable growth, digital‑first user journeys, and revenue acceleration.
2. Execution and Leadership
  • Lead the website team across infrastructure, UX, design, content, and conversion optimization, fostering alignment and strong delivery standards.
  • Plan and execute site improvements in collaboration with brand, product, content, and growth teams.
  • Translate business priorities and user insights into page structures, navigation flows, and conversion paths.
  • Partner with development teams to release site changes in an agile, scalable, and technically sound way.
3. Optimization and Growth
  • Prioritize and run A/B tests and site experiments to continuously improve conversion rates and engagement across the funnel.
  • Maintain and evolve the CMS system, templates, and publishing processes to support efficient, scalable web operations.
  • Collaborate with SEO/AIO and performance marketing teams to align content, landing pages, and technical structure with acquisition and visibility goals.
  • Ensure the website supports complex multi‑product e‑commerce journeys and contributes directly to overall ARR growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or web product ownership, ideally in a SaaS or digital‑first company.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a website team or cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (preferably Raketa or similar) and strong understanding of front‑end/back‑end collaboration.
  • Familiarity with web analytics, A/B testing tools, SEO/AIO best practices, and user research methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple and cross‑functional stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
  • Deep understanding of growth funnels, customer journeys, and digital conversion drivers.
  • Experience in B2C or B2B e‑commerce environments, ideally at scale, supporting complex multi‑product check‑outs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Personal skills
  • Strong ownership mindset and high accountability for delivery and business outcomes.
  • Data‑informed decision‑making with a sharp eye for UX, structure, and content hierarchy.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and cross‑team coordination skills.
  • Pragmatic and solutions‑oriented; comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Passion for building world‑class digital experiences that deliver meaningful business results.
  • Team‑oriented, reliable, and committed to supporting both strategic goals and day‑to‑day execution.
Why Chaos?
  • Working for a globally recognized company for its cutting‑edge products and honored with Academy Award for its contribution to motion pictures.
  • Working alongside talented people in an environment which fosters learning and knowledge‑sharing.
  • Flexible working hours and additional days off.
