As Team Lead Sales Engineering (m/f/d), you combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and lead your team in turning customer requirements into robust, successful technical solutions.

Your mission

• Lead and develop Sales Engineering activities and ensure reliable technical support throughout the entire sales process
• Develop and validate technical solution concepts for customer opportunities and bids, ensuring feasibility, quality and robustness
• Translate customer requirements into technical concepts and support proposals, bids and tender processes
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering on technical requirements, implementation feasibility, risks and constraints
• Provide technical expertise in customer meetings and workshops and support bids and contract processes
• Drive the development and standardization of processes, methodologies and best practices in Sales Engineering, while leading and developing the team

What You'll Bring to the Mission

• Degree in an engineering or technical discipline or equivalent technical qualification
• Several years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales or technical sales, ideally with leadership experience
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
• Structured, solution-oriented approach combined with a strong hands-on mentality
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills with proven stakeholder management capabilities
• Willingness to travel internationally and a high degree of initiative
• Required language skills: German - C1, English - C1
