• Drive strategic development of the payments portfolio focusing on PSP services, POS terminals, SoftPOS, and omnichannel solutions.
• Build and launch new PSP services and innovative cross-channel solutions within the epay portfolio.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps.
• Align market requirements, customer needs, and company objectives.
• Provide strategic support for key customer, integration, and product projects.
• Coach and develop the Product and Project Management team.
• Work closely with Sales, IT, Acquiring, and international payments teams.
• Take on functional and disciplinary responsibility for the Product and Project Management team in the future.

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent qualification
• At least eight years of professional experience in product management, the payments sector, or a comparable strategic role
• In-depth knowledge of PSP (e-commerce), omnichannel services, credit card acquiring, and payment service provider solutions
• Experience with POS terminals, SoftPOS, network operations, and other acceptance solutions for in-store and digital payments
• High level of self-motivation
• Strong analytical skills
• Collaborative leadership style
• Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills
• Experience with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot
