RTS Wind AG is seeking a Blade Repair Team Lead (m/f/d) for Europe, based in Bremen. The role involves leading a small technician team to repair and maintain wind turbine rotor blades, using rope access methods and advanced repair techniques.

Qualifikationen

• IRATA Level 3 certification is required.
• Vestas certifications (ESO, ESQ LOTO2, BTO) are a plus.
• Experience in leadership roles or wind energy sector preferred.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driving license.
• English working proficiency is required.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of 2 technicians in blade repair projects.
• Perform repair and maintenance on rotor blades using rope access.
• Repair structural damage on blades (Category 3-4) with fibreglass; use vacuum bagging and infusion.
• Inspect blade surfaces and document wear, defects and repairs.
• Delegate tasks, monitor daily activities and liaise with back-office Project Manager.
• Document work and create comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
