Job summary

RTS Wind AG is seeking a Teamlead (m/f/d) for blade repair in Bremen, Germany. In this role, you will oversee repair and maintenance work on rotor blades and lead a small team.

The ideal candidate will have IRATA/FISAT Level 3 or experienced Level 2, prior leadership experience in wind energy, and a valid driving license. The position offers travel opportunities and increased meal allowances during rotations.

Qualifications

• IRATA/FISAT Level 3 or experienced Level 2 required.
• Previous experience in a leading position is necessary.
• Preferable valid OEM certifications like Vestas ESO or BTO.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access.
• Inspect blade surfaces and check them from the inside.
• Lead a team of max. 3 colleagues.

Skills

Leading position in the past or general experiences in wind energy

Driving license, class B or higher

Willingness to travel

• Division of work tasks and management of activities
• Close exchange with colleagues in the back office
• Documentation of your work
• Leading a team of max. 3 colleagues
