Job summary

RTS Wind AG in Berlin is seeking a senior rope access technician (m/f/d) to perform structural blade repairs and maintenance across Europe. You will inspect blade surfaces and execute fibreglass repairs using vacuum techniques via rope access.

Requirements: IRATA/FISAT Level 2, blade repair experience, vacuum techniques, driving license B, fluent English. The role offers permanent or B2B contracts, a competitive salary, meal allowances, and a fitness program.

Qualifications

• IRATA/FISAT Level 2 climbing license valid.
• Experience in structural blade repairs or fibreglass repairs.
• Strong knowledge of vacuum techniques used in blade repair.
• Valid driving license (Class B or higher).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access across Europe.
• Inspecting the blade surfaces.
• Repairing structural damages (Category 3-4) with fibreglass.

For the upcoming season 2027, we are looking for a senior rope access technician (m/f/d) for structural blade repair in Berlin.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on rotor blades via rope access all over europe
• Inspecting the blade surfaces
• Repairing structural damages (Category 3-4) with fibreglass
• Lamination with vacuum technique

Your qualification:

• Valid climbing license IRATA/FISAT Level 2
• Solid skills in general structural blade repairs or fibreglass repairs in particular
• Profound knowledge of vacuumtechniques
• Driving license, class B or higher
• Fluent in English
