Your role in our team

• Lead and develop a distributed HR IT team in the subdomainApplications | Cross Functions
• Drive the further development of our HR IT landscape with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
• Partner with the functional HR organization across group, BA, and company levels to align priorities
• Manage strategic HR IT projects from concept to implementation, including resource planning and budgeting
• Ensure smooth HR IT operations, high service quality, and continuous improvement
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the professional growth of your team members

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in HR IT, ideally in an international context
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM and in HR process implementation
• Proven track record in international project management and modern application service delivery
• Knowledge of IT service management and delivery models (On-Premise, Hybrid, Cloud)
• Experience in managing teams
• Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of initiatives within the HR area
• Excellent English skills, combined with strong communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of German is an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset
