Surventis in Münster sucht eine erfahrene Team Lead Internal and External Communications zur Führung des globalen Kommunikationsteams. Sie entwickeln Strategien, beraten Leaders und steuern die Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg; Krisenkommunikation gehört zu den Kernaufgaben der Rolle.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Head of Global Communications zusammen, um eine konsistente Markenstimme sicherzustellen und globale Kommunikationsinitiativen zu steuern.

Qualifications

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in interner und externer Kommunikation in internationalem Umfeld.
• Fähigkeit, Unternehmensstrategie in klare Botschaften zu übersetzen.
• Erfahrung mit Führung internationaler Teams und Cross-Functional-Projekten.
• Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise, politisches Bewusstsein und interkulturelle Kompetenz.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Führen und Entwickeln des globalen Teams für Medienarbeit sowie interne & Change-Kommunikation.
• Entwerfen und Umsetzen von Kommunikationsstrategien, Plänen und Content.
• Beratung von Leaders und Management bei Schlüsselkommunikation und Krisenfällen.
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Veröffentlichung hochwertiger interner und externer Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle.
• Definition von Medienbeziehungsstrategien und Presseengagement.
• Vorantreiben von interner Kommunikation und Change-Kommunikation.
• Sprecherin bzw. Sprecher in Krisensituationen und Koordination von One-Voice-Erklärungen.

Our Communications team works closely with the business to ensure our strategy is understood and our story is heard. As Team Lead Internal and External Communications, you give the Surventis brand its voice. You lead a team of communications specialists while staying hands‑on yourself: from developing communication strategies and key messages to advising leaders and managing critical communications. You report directly to the Head of Global Communications.

• You lead and develop our global specialists for Media Relations and Internal & Change Communications, owning the team's performance and development.
• You develop and implement communication strategies, plans and content that support our business priorities.
• You guide and support the Surface Treatment Communications Lead in shaping and rolling out communications globally.
• You create, review and publish high-quality internal and external communications across a range of channels.
• You define media relations strategies, identify relevant stories and actively shape our engagement with the media.
• You drive internal and change communications and act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders.
• You serve as spokesperson in crisis situations and coordinate One Voice statements.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

• degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
• several years of experience in internal and external communications in an international corporate environment, including change, transformation and restructuring communications
• ability to translate corporate strategy into compelling narratives, clear messages and effective communication measures
• strong advisory skills and proven experience working with leaders and stakeholders at all levels
• experience leading international teams and managing complex, cross‑functional projects
• strong strategic thinking, political awareness and intercultural competence
• structured, pragmatic way of working and the ability to set priorities and drive change in a dynamic environment
• excellent German and English skills
