Job summary

Surventis in Münster sucht eine erfahrene Assistenz zur Unterstützung des CTO. Sie koordinieren Termine, bereiten Meetings vor und erfassen Ergebnisse präzise. In Zusammenarbeit mit der Führungsebene schaffen Sie Transparenz bei Prioritäten und Follow-ups.

Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Vorstands- oder Transformationsumgebungen, starke MS-365-Kenntnisse sowie Deutsch und Englisch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau mit. Eine teamorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise rundet das Profil ab.

Qualifications

• Universitätsabschluss in BWL/Wirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unterstützung eines Vorstandsmitglieds oder einer Führungskraft oder Erfahrung in Beratung/Projektmanagement/Transformation
• Starke MS-365-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel, plus sicherer Umgang mit modernen Productivity- und KI-Tools
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Kooperations-, Organisationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hochwertige Ergebnisse

Responsibilities

• Als Assistenz unterstützen Sie den CTO bei täglichen Prioritäten, koordinieren Termine und fungieren als vertrauliche Ansprechperson intern und extern.
• Gemeinsam mit CTO und Leadership Team Überblick über Verpflichtungen, Maßnahmen und Follow-ups für transparente Zusammenarbeit.
• Vorbereitung von Führungssitzungen, Erstellung von Entscheidungsvapieren und klare Dokumentation von Ergebnissen und nächsten Schritten.
• Beitrag zu Transformations- und Strategieinitiativen durch Informationsaufbereitung, Analysen und Executive-Summaries.
• Wichtige Rolle bei der Zusammenführung von Personen durch Organisation von Workshops, Offsites, Site Visits, interner Kommunikation und externen Berater-Terminen

• In your role, you help to ensure that the CTO is well prepared for daily priorities by coordinating schedules, organizing meetings and serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Together with the CTO and the Value Creation & Delivery leadership team, you maintain an overview of commitments, actions and follow-up activities to support transparent and effective collaboration.
• Working closely with leaders and business functions, you prepare leadership and management meetings to a high standard, coordinate decision papers and document outcomes and next steps clearly and concisely.
• You contribute to selected transformation and strategy initiatives by organizing information, preparing analyses and creating executive summaries that support informed decision-making.
• You also play an important role in bringing people together by coordinating workshops, leadership off-sites, site visits, internal communications and external advisor engagements.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

• university degree in business administration, economics, engineering or a comparable field, or an equivalent qualification
• at least five years of experience supporting a board member, CEO or executive leader, or experience in consulting, project management, strategy or transformation environments
• strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, along with confidence using modern productivity and AI tools
• fluent German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
• a collaborative, well-organized and dependable working style combined with empathy, strong communication skills, sound judgment and a commitment to high-quality outcomes
