We're partnering with a fast-growing e‑mobility startup to recruit Team Leads – E‑Bike Mechanics for the StuttgartRefurbishment Centre.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of e‑bike mechanics, ensuring the highest quality standards in e‑bike refurbishment and repair. You’ll play a key part in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently while promoting a positive team culture. Your Role

• Lead & Mentor: Provide hands‑on guidance and training to a team of e‑bike mechanics, ensuring their continuous development and high performance.
• Technical Expertise: Act as the go‑to expert for complex repairs and troubleshooting, setting the benchmark for technical excellence.
• Workflow & Efficiency: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, optimizing processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to timelines.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all refurbished e‑bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers.
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer Service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e‑bike mechanics, with extensive hands‑on experience.
• Previous team management experience with a proven track record of mentoring and developing team members.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across a wide range of e‑bike brands and models.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for sustainable mobility and a customer‑first mindset.
• Basic PC skills (Email, MS Office).
• Good knowledge of English (German is a plus).
• Willingness to work in a team in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
