The role centers on hands-on guidance, handling complex repairs, improving workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on e-bike mechanics experience.
• Previous team management with mentoring track record.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills across e-bike brands.
• Good English; German a plus. Basic PC skills (Email, MS Office).

Quality, control: Ensure that all refurbished e‑bikes meet rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. Problem, solving & Innovation: Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Operations, Customer, service) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Health & Safety, and compliance: Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
