Job summary

P3 is seeking a seasoned Head of Controlling to lead our international Controlling team and ensure financial transparency across a global group. You will steer reporting, planning, and consolidation for numerous subsidiaries and partner with top management.

The role requires a degree in finance or controlling, several years in Controlling or Group Reporting, leadership experience, and fluency in German and English.

You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership of our Controlling team and ensure the financial transparency of an internationally positioned corporate group. Together with your team, you will be responsible for reporting, planning, and consolidated financial statements across numerous national and international subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• You lead and develop a team of controllers and promote their professional development.
• You are responsible for preparing monthly management reports, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• You coordinate and consolidate the financial data of our international subsidiaries.
• You manage the international consolidated financial statements and continuously develop the processes in Group Reporting.
• You analyze the economic development of the individual companies and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• You work closely with managing directors, finance managers, and the management of our international locations.
• You further develop reporting, consolidation, and planning processes and drive their digitalization forward.
• You implement suitable KPIs and ensure high data quality.
• You support M&A projects, the integration of new companies, and special projects at group level.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in Controlling, Group Reporting, or consolidated accounting.
• You have already gained leadership experience or are ready to take the next career step.
• You are familiar with the challenges of international corporate groups and complex participation structures.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the consolidation of subsidiaries and consolidated financial statements.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner, and with a high standard of quality.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You are confident in using ERP systems as well as modern BI and reporting tools.
