Job summary

Global Accounting Network Limited in Hamburg is seeking a Group Controlling & Reporting Manager to lead FP&A, management reporting, and financial analysis within an international finance function.

This senior, hands-on role combines data quality, finance transformation, and oversight as Deputy to Head of Controlling, with responsibilities across budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years’ experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• /nStrong experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and modelling.
• /nAdvanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• /nExperience with ERP/consolidation systems; Tagetik is advantageous.
• /nKnowledge of Power BI, SQL, data modelling and/or Databricks is a plus.
• /nExperience in international or transaction-driven environments.
• /nAbility to communicate insights to senior stakeholders and executives.
• /nExcellent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

Global Accounting Network is supporting our client, a well-established international services business, in the search for an experienced Group Controlling & Reporting Manager to join an international finance function.

This is a senior, hands-on role combining FP&A, management reporting, financial analysis, data quality and finance transformation, with the opportunity to act as Deputy to the Head of Controlling.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and develop management reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning.

What We're Looking For
