congatec GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced finance professional to co-manage monthly reporting, IFRS analyses, and budgeting across global functions. You will optimize finance processes, support annual statements, and drive digitalization initiatives with IT-savvy finance teams.

The role requires a degree in business administration, several years in controlling, strong analytical skills, and fluency in German and English. Collaboration with external stakeholders is expected.

• Several years of professional experience in controlling/financial controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and a broad understanding of business and financial matters.
• Proactive approach and strong commitment to implementing tasks and projects.
• Very good German and English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare management reports, analyses, and ad hoc evaluations in close cooperation with the relevant business departments as part of the monthly reporting process on global business performance.
• Continuously review, update, and improve reporting processes.
• Conduct analyses based on the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statement in accordance with IFRS, and address a wide range of business and financial topics.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS.
• Contribute to the annual budgeting process, including coordination with global business functions.
• Actively participate in group-wide projects aimed at optimizing finance processes, systems, and reporting structures.
• Support ongoing optimization and digitalization initiatives within the global finance function.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders.
