Your responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Controlling team
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, annual, and consolidated financial statements in collaboration with tax advisors and auditors
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and corporate planning
• Preparation of cost calculations
• Preparation of liquidity planning
• Handling financing topics (e.g., banks, leasing, etc.)
• Preparation of regular reports (for banks, management, etc.)
• Further development of controlling tools and KPI systems
• Optimization of processes and systems (e.g., BI tools, ERP systems, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
• Several years of professional experience in controlling
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and corporate planning
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP and BI systems
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
• High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
