PSI Software seeks an experienced Team Lead of BI & Finance Transformation to lead a small BI team and drive group-wide planning, reporting, and dashboards. You will collaborate across Controlling, Accounting, IT, and business units to automate processes and enable AI-driven insights.

The role emphasizes data modeling, OLAP, and Power BI development in a cross-functional finance environment, based in Berlin with flexible options.

Qualificações

• Several years of professional experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Finance Transformation.
• Initial leadership experience or proven track record in managing projects or teams.
• Strong knowledge of BI and OLAP solutions, databases, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in building data models and modern reporting landscapes.
• Solid understanding of controlling, accounting, and general financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a small BI team.
• Design, implementation, and continuous development of a group-wide planning and reporting tool.
• Development and maintenance of databases for financial, project, and corporate data.
• Creation of OLAP-based data models for reporting, planning, and forecasting.
• End-to-end responsibility for the group-wide reporting and dashboard landscape in Microsoft Power BI.
• Automation and digitalization of processes across Controlling and Accounting.
• Identification and implementation of AI use cases within the Finance domain.
• Close collaboration with Controlling, Accounting, IT, and the Business Units.

To strengthen our finance organization, we are looking for an experienced Team Lead of BI & Finance Transformation (m/f/d). In this group-wide role, you will work closely with Controlling and Accounting to advance the data, reporting, and planning solutions across the PSI Group.

Leading a small team, you will drive the digitalization and automation of financial processes, develop groupwide data models, and support the adoption of modern technologies, including AI-driven solutions.
