NAXCON GmbH in Düsseldorf is seeking a Team Coordinator (m/w/d) for Security Design to lead and advance the security design team, manage resources, and prioritize key initiatives.

You will oversee external providers, contribute to company-wide IT security concepts, and drive risk reviews of non-standard architectures, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of security standards like IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001.
• Proven leadership of technical teams and change management.
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong skills in prioritizing and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical direction for the security design team, allocate resources and set priorities.
• Oversee external service providers in the security design domain.
• Contribute to company-wide IT security concepts and blueprints.
• Review non-standard architectures for IT security risks and mitigate them.
• Define service levels (SLA/KPI) and ensure continuous service quality.
• Collaborate with service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk, information security, data protection, and compliance to integrate security into the service lifecycle.

Tasks

• Further development and technical leadership of the security design team, resource allocation, and prioritization of key initiatives.
• Management, integration, and oversight of external service providers in the security design environment.
• Ensuring the design and development of new company-wide IT security concepts and contributing to the design of blueprints.
• Ensuring comprehensive review of non-standard architectures for design-related IT security risks, as well as developing measures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Participating in the definition of service levels (SLA/KPI) and ensuring compliance with them, as well as continuously improving service quality.
• Work closely with related functions (e.g., service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk management, information security, data protection, compliance) to integrate security design into the overall service lifecycle.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001.
• Extensive leadership experience managing technical teams, as well as experience in strategic and personal change management.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
