Job summary

NAXCON GmbH in Düsseldorf seeks a Team Coordinator (m/w/d) for Security Design to lead a growing security design team and align with enterprise IT security goals. You will drive technical leadership, manage external providers, and help shape company-wide security concepts and blueprints.

The role demands deep IT security standards knowledge, excellent stakeholder communication in German and English, and strong prioritization skills to coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure high service

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of IT security standards (IT-Grundschutz, ISO 27001).
• Extensive leadership experience managing technical teams and change management.
• Fluent in German and English, with ability to explain complex concepts to varied stakeholders.
• Excellent prioritizing and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security design team and drive technical direction.
• Coordinate external providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and implement company-wide IT security concepts and blueprints.
• Review non-standard architectures for IT security risks and mitigate them.
• Define and monitor SLAs/KPIs and continuously improve service quality.
• Collaborate with service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk management, information security, data protection, and compliance.

Position:Team Coordinator (m/w/d) - Security Design

Tasks:

• Further development and technical leadership of the security design team, resource allocation, and prioritization of key initiatives.
• Management, integration, and oversight of external service providers in the security design environment.
• Ensuring the design and development of new company-wide IT security concepts and contributing to the design of blueprints.
• Ensuring comprehensive review of non-standard architectures for design-related IT security risks, as well as developing measures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Participating in the definition of service levels (SLA/KPI) and ensuring compliance with them, as well as continuously improving service quality.
• Work closely with related functions (e.g., service owners, enterprise architecture, IT risk management, information security, data protection, compliance) to integrate security design into the overall service lifecycle.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001.
• Extensive leadership experience managing technical teams, as well as experience in strategic and personal change management.
• Fluency in spoken and written German and English.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent skills in prioritizing and coordinating activities.
