Job summary

No Isolation is seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with schools and municipalities to ensure they maximize the benefits of our educational technology. This role, based in Berlin, offers an opportunity to leverage your extensive educational background in a mission-driven environment where technology meets learning support. Emphasizing partnership and support, you will be integral in guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring ongoing success with our telepresence solutions. The ideal candidate will bring over eight years of experience in education and possess a strong understanding of the German educational framework.

Qualifications

• A strong background in education, ideally in a leadership role with a minimum of 8 years experience.
• Possesses a strong understanding of the German education system.
• Experience working with or within local education authorities or municipalities.
• Confidence in navigating both pedagogical and administrative contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in German and good written/spoken English.
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

At No Isolation, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced education professional to help transform how schools support children who are unable to attend due to illness or other long-term challenges. With our telepresence robot AV1, these students can stay connected to both learning and classmates – even when they can’t be there physically.

What will be your mission?

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our clients - schools, municipalities, and education authorities - and ensure they get the most out of AV1 and the value we bring through our mission.

You will:

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who brings credibility and care into every conversation, and you’re not afraid to take ownership. You likely have:

• A strong background in education, ideally in a leadership role with a minimum of 8 years experience
• Possesses a strong understanding of the German education system
• Experience working with or within local education authorities or municipalities
• Confidence in navigating both pedagogical and administrative contexts
• Excellent communication skills in German and good written/spoken English
• A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Bonus if you’ve previously worked with edtech or supported implementation of digital tools in schools.
