Are you passionate about shaping the minds of the future? Do you thrive in a dynamic educational environment? Are you ready to make a real impact on students' lives in Berlin? We are currently looking for a Senior Lecturer to join our busy team in vibrant Berlin!

As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our Foundation and Pre-Master's programmes, preparing students for SRH University. You would be teaching least two Modules across the spectrum of subjects, including technical subjects such as Programming, Maths and Physics or/ and the Humanities including English language, Critical Thinking and Ethics. Your responsibilities will include delivering a minimum of 16 hours of instruction each week while managing teaching, learning and assessment tasks across multiple modules. You'll also lead initiatives aimed at enhancing academic support and student success. Collaborating closely with colleagues across campuses, you'll contribute to curriculum reviews, support student integration, and lead on quality assurance throughout the student lifecycle, all while nurturing a vibrant academic community. All instruction will be in English.

Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent

Senior Lecturer Requirements:

• Teaching qualification and/or significant teaching experience
• Proven track record in curriculum development and instructional design
• Experience in a multicultural or international educational setting
• Strong pastoral care skills to support diverse student needs
