We are seeking a talented and experienced AI Technology Business Partner (All genders) to join our team help and discover and deliver AI Automation solutions across our business.

Your mission with us:

As an AI Technology Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to help our teams scale by using AI to automate processes. You’ll be the connector between business operations and our AI development team, identifying automation opportunities and turning them into impactful AI-driven solutions.

You’ll spend time inside working with our teams across the business, listening, mapping workflows, and spotting opportunities for AI Automations. You’ll take ownership from problem discovery through to delivery, ensuring we automate the right things in the right way.

You will also support the delivery of AI-powered features. These are owned by other teams, but you will coordinate with their PMs and tech leads to align on roadmaps, capacity, and delivery timelines. Your role in feature development is primarily coordination-focused—not ownership—to ensure smooth handovers and effective cross-team collaboration.


Your tasks:

Product Discovery & Internal Consulting

• Proactively explore workflows and challenges across departments to uncover automation opportunities
• Run discovery interviews and workshops with internal teams to understand manual or inefficient processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current vs. future state workflows powered by AI
  
  

AI Product Management

• Define and prioritise internal AI automation projects with clear business value and measurable outcomes
• Translate business needs into AI product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
• Work with AI Engineers to scope solutions and manage development timelines
• Coordinate pilots, change management, and rollouts, ensuring team adoption and business impact
• Work with Product Managers and Tech Leads to coordinate feature delivery, ensuring AI components are aligned with team roadmaps and capacity
• Support seamless handovers between the AI team and product teams by aligning on scope, responsibilities, and timelines for AI-driven features
  
  

Impact Measurement & Optimisation

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions post-launch
• Work with teams to track time saved, error reduction, or other KPIs from automation
• Gather user feedback and continuously iterate to improve the value delivered
  
  

Enablement & Culture Change

• Champion the use of AI across departments by enabling and training teams to use AI tools effectively
• Drive adoption of internal AI solutions by supporting onboarding, self-service usage, and best practices
• Support the cultural shift toward AI-powered work by embedding usage habits and success stories into team workflows
  
  

Innovation & Future Vision

• Stay up to date with the latest in generative AI, process automation, and no-code/low-code tooling
• Bring new ideas to the table—prompt engineering, RPA, internal copilots, process intelligence, etc.
• Help shape Lingoda’s internal AI capability roadmap in collaboration with the Head of AI
  
  

Your bring to Lingoda:

• Demonstrable expertise and experience in delivering AI-based automation solutions using a variety of LLM models and approaches.
• 3+ years in Product Management, Technical Consultant delivering technical automation solutions using AI, RPA, Agentic AI etc.
• Experience managing and leading technical projects (working alongside a delivery team, writing user stories, managing timelines, managing risks and dependencies etc.)
• Strong business process understanding and stakeholder communication skills
• Hands-on experience scoping and implementing automation solutions (AI, RPA, APIs, etc.)
• Experience with modern AI automation tools and techniques such as autonomous agents, agentic AI architectures, or workflow orchestration with LLMs
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer support platforms, and internal business applications
• Very strong in balancing business requirements and technical processes to deliver results and achieve success
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with many other functions and departments.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English and German skills (C-level).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
