Are you an experienced recruiter who loves the advisory and strategic side of talent acquisition but feels bogged down by endless sourcing?

In this role, you won't be starting from scratch or flying solo. You will be a part of a highly collaborative recruitment team dedicated to one of the world’s foremost pioneers in high-tech laser systems, industrial manufacturing, and smart factory technologies.

Even better? You will collaborate closely with a dedicated sourcing team, freeing you up to focus on stakeholder management, candidate experience, and high-level matchmaking for cutting-edge engineering, digital, and commercial positions.

What You Will Do

• Act as a Trusted Partner:Collaborate directly with the Hiring Community and the HR Business Partner in the high-tech industrial space, advising them on market trends, specialized talent availability, and tailored recruitment strategies.
• Lead the Process:You manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for various job profiles across all functional areas - from gathering requirements with hiring departments and selecting suitable channels and sourcing strategies to conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and finalizing hires.
• Collaborate for Success:Partner closely with our internal sourcing experts to review talent pipelines and fine-tune search strategies for technical, expert and leadership profiles.
• Deliver Insights:Use data, recruitment technology, and market intelligence to solve complex business needs and elevate recruitment from a transactional function to a strategic advantage.
