Kuehne+Nagel in Berlin is seeking a Recruitment Lead to define sourcing strategies for assigned roles in alignment with the Manager. You will lead the recruitment process and act as the main contact for stakeholders. You will guide candidates through the journey, build a strong candidate experience, and proactively search for top talent.

Stay informed on market trends to maintain a healthy pipeline. This role emphasizes relationship-building across international teams, end-to-end cycle

Qualifications

• Higher education in business administration, social sciences, human resource management, business informatics, or logistics, or significant experience in a similar role.
• Passion for recruiting top talent and enjoyment of working in international teams.
• Confidence using sourcing tools and keeping up with new trends and innovations.
• Consultant and partner mindset, ambition to contribute to a larger mission and advance recruitment.
• Self-confidence, a can-do attitude, strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent command of French and English, plus Spanish or Italian.
