The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is a hands-on recruitment professional responsible for managing full-cycle hiring processes while delivering exceptional experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and clients. This role blends consultative stakeholder engagement, data-driven strategy, and operational excellence. TAPs own requisitions, drive sourcing strategies, and serve as trusted advisors to clients.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment Delivery
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to offer.
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates using innovative and data-informed strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific hiring standards.
- Partner with sourcing and marketing teams to attract niche and high-demand talent.
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within a designated function or business area. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, guiding workforce planning, market insights, and talent strategy.
- Provide stakeholders with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insight to support strategic hiring decisions. Advise on talent trends and pipeline development to address current and future workforce needs.
- Build consultative relationships with client stakeholders to influence recruitment outcomes.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and support.
- Schedule regular check-in meetings with clients to review recruitment progress, address any concerns or challenges, and align on recruitment priorities.
- Engage and manage a 3rd party supply chain where needed to ensure roles that require additional support receive it.
- Track supplier performance and ensure quality checks and processes are in place and performance is high, whilst ensuring the process is followed.
Process Optimization & Strategy
- Analyze recruitment metrics and conduct root cause analysis to improve delivery.
- Present recruitment performance data, metrics, and insights within their assigned function or business area.
- Implement lean practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Stay abreast of industry trends and labor market dynamics.
- Share insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams.
- Attend industry events to promote employer brand and expand talent networks.
Required skills
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house).
- Proven success sourcing talent in the Logistics and Manufacturing industries.
- White collar positions experience (Project Manager, Sales and Developer roles, etc.)
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
- High school diploma required.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in strategic workforce planning or talent intelligence.
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
