Job summary

Trade Republic Bank GmbH in Berlin is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end hiring for high-volume Product & Tech roles. The role covers sourcing, coordinating, ATS administration, and delivering a smooth candidate experience from first contact to onsite interviews.

You will partner with Recruitment Partners to build diverse talent pools and ensure timely, high-quality hires. This 6-month, 40-hour-per-week contract is based in Berlin with potential renewal.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Support our Product & Tech Recruitment Partners throughout end-to-end recruitment of selected high-volume roles (sourcing, coordinating, ATS admin)
• Own end-to-end recruitment for Product Operations
• Provide a flawless candidate experience across the candidate lifecycle - from contacting candidates to overseeing smooth on-site interviews
• Partner with Recruitment Partners in building diverse talent pools via active sourcing

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Initial experience with recruitment
• Knowledge of recruiting platforms and tools (Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter) would be a plus
• High level of ownership and an analytical mindset
• Proficiency in English with structured communication skills
• Availability for a period of 6 months, 40 hours a week (with possibility of renewing the contract)
