Job summary

Trade Republic Bank GmbH in Berlin or London is seeking a seasoned Product Operations lead to design scalable processes for hyper-growth. You will lead a team of Operations Associates and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service.

The role focuses on setting goals and roadmaps, driving data-driven decisions, and creating SOPs and automation to support rapid expansion while maintaining quality and a user-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or finance.
• Management experience leading a team of 3+ people.
• Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent in English with a results-driven mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As part of the Product Operations team, you'll tackle some of Trade Republic's toughest challenges, designing scalable solutions that enable hyper-growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of Operations Associates and Managers for one of our Tech department reporting directly to the Head of the department
• Advising on and implementing process improvements that empower our teams and support our growth.
• Developing process automation to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Setting goals, build roadmap and drive initiatives to achieve goals
• Driving strategic decisions by analyzing complex data and managing critical projects.
• Continuously enhancing your skills in data analysis, Problem solving skills, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and collaborate with a high-performing team to design, optimize, and scale operational processes for new and existing products while driving cross-functional product improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, or investment banking).
• Prior Management experience, leading a team of minimum 3 people.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute clear action plans.
• Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes and defining infrastructure for process automation.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English, with a results-driven, user-first mindset.
