Job summary

Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking System Safety Engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany. You will conduct safety assessments (FHA, SSA) for aircraft systems and perform risk analyses according to aerospace standards.

Define safety requirements and evidence, support safe architecture development, and coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers. C1 English and German, plus EU citizenship, are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Degree in aerospace or related field.
• Knowledge of system safety engineering principles.
• Mandatory C1 English and German language skills.
• EU citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety assessments (FHA, SSA) for aircraft systems.
• Perform risk and safety analyses according to aerospace standards.
• Carry out Common-Cause Analyses (PRA, ZSA, CMA).
• Define and manage safety requirements and evidence.
