Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) is seeking Embedded Software Engineers to join our on-site teams in Germany, with opportunities in Manching, Taufkirchen and Donauwörth.

Roles involve designing and developing embedded software in C/C++, debugging and performance optimization, and working with cross-functional teams to meet aviation and defense standards. Germans language support and relocation assistance are offered.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in embedded software with C/C++.
• English C1 mandatory.
• German C1 is a plus.
• Citizenship of a European country required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop embedded software in C/C++.
• Debug, analyze, and optimize software performance.
• Contribute to reviews, requirements, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Systems, Electronics, Verification, and Safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with DO-178C, MISRA, AQAP.

The positions are on-site in Germany, with opportunities available in Manching, Taufkirchen and Donauwörth.

What You Will Do

• Design and develop embedded software in C/C++
• Perform software debugging, analysis, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to technical reviews, requirements definition, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Systems, Electronics, Verification, and Safety teams.
• Ensure compliance with Defense-related standards (e.g., DO-178C, MISRA, AQAP).

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Aerospace, Industrial, or similar.
• Relevant hands-on experience in embedded software in C/C++
• C1 English Level - mandatory.
• German C1 (will be a plus)
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
