Your mission

1. Leading an IVVQ Team (Integration, Verification, Validation, Qualification) in the context of system integration and testing campaigns for the product world of Thales’ Business Line Above Water Systems (AWS)
2. Defining an integration and test strategy and tailoring of processes, practices and tools applicable to the respective system
3. Collaboration in project teams with project managers, system engineering managers and work package managers of all technical disciplines, like hardware, software and cybersecurity
4. Define and plan IVVQ work packages for bids and projects in terms of performance, cost and time
5. Identifying, assessing and managing of opportunities and risks

We are looking forward to

1. Completed university degree, e.g. computer science, (electrical) engineering or a similar qualification
2. Professional experience in the area of hardware qualification, as well as (ideally) management experience in the transversal or disciplinary area
3. Project management experience and a certification (f.e. IPMA) is a plus
4. English language skills appropriate for negotiations, German is a plus
5. Willingness to travel internationally
